#Merivalelovesparis

I love to be adventurous when it comes to wearing sunglasses and eyeglasses. For eyewear lovers like me, it can be quite thrilling to find the pair of frames that fit you perfectly. It goes without saying, chic sunnies and trendy glasses are my absolute favorite accessories.

Here, I am styling some beautiful Parisian style glasses from Dior Paris and Caroline Abrams. Caroline Abram is a Parisian eyewear designer that creates elegant, bold and fierce collections.

“Les collections Caroline Abram sont destinées à toutes les femmes qui veulent se sentir belles, sensuelles, ou un brin décalées.”

The beautiful black frames that I have paired with an oversized knit sweater have slightly blue tinted lenses that shimmer quite beautifully in natural light. The temples are of a beige tone which gives them a unique colour blocking look. I also absolutely love the Caroline Abram sunnies because they are cat-eye shaped. For this pair, the gold temple has a distinct curve which gives the glasses an added delicateness.

Needless to say, Dior glasses have outstanding characteristics. The sophisticated lines on these cat-eye glasses are glamorous. Not only do they look great but they feel great! Seriously, they sat perfectly on the bridge of my nose.

This year, Merivale Optometric Centre is hosting a Parisian themed ladies night. You will be able to find yourself a fabulous pair of designer sunglasses or glasses and receive some exclusive discounts. Who doesn’t love a great discount? I know I do! This event is to benefit the Canadian Guide Dogs for the blind and a portion of the proceeds will go to this great cause. Join myself and many other fashionistas such as Tara Monfared (StyledByTara) and Dominique Baker (StyleDomination) at this wonderful event and let’s talk eyewear! The event will be held on October 27th from 4-8pm. I will attach a direct invitation at the end of this post.

I hope you have a great weekend!

Love,
